Districts
=========

The ``Districts`` flow extracts the districts repository data from a hard coded csv file 
stored in ``pipeline/src/pipeline/data/`` and loads it to the ``districts`` table of 
the Monitorfish database.

It is run manually when needed (when the csv file is updated).
